Refund Policy

  • REGULARLY PRICED APPAREL MAY BE EXCHANGED UNDER SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES FOR AN ITEM OF THE SAME VALUE OR A STORE CREDIT ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A GIFT CARD.  ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN AND RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED
  • CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED SINCE THESE ITEMS ARE LIMITED EDITION QUANTITIES FROM OUR POP UP SHOP LOCATIONS
  • BATH AND BODY PRODUCTS, SWIMWEAR, LINGERIE, & ITEMS OF ADULT NATURE ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED DUE TO THE NATURE OF THESE PRODUCTS AND TO PROTECT THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND OUR STAFF

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and to protect the health and safety of our customers and our staff, we do not allow returns on items that are final sale, which includes bath and body products, swimwear, lingerie, adult novelty items and clearance merchandise.  If you place an order and decide you do not want it, you can refuse the shipment within 10 days of your delivery date.  If 10 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return due to a refused shipment, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products or tickets

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
  • Any items returned to us undelivered by the mail carrier due to an insufficient or incomplete address

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a gift card or store credit will automatically be applied within a certain amount of days.  A 5% Restocking Fee will apply.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@zinfulstyle.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
